Description
Being Foshan LED Airotor 401P-B2 the dental handpiece operates at an air pressure range of 180-250 KPa (1.8-2.5 kgf/cm2) and consumes a minimum of 1.5 liters of gas per minute. It produces noise levels of up to 70dB during operation. The rotation range of the handpiece is between 380,000 and 450,000 rotations per minute (rpm). To maintain optimal performance and cooling, the handpiece requires a cooling water pressure of 0.2MPa. The maximum length of the non-rotation part of the handpiece is 13.14mm, while the diameter of the handpiece head is approximately 11.2mm.t is autoclavable at temperatures up to a maximum of 134°C after high-temperature sterilization and disinfection. The handpiece is designed to withstand at least 250 cycles of high-temperature sterilization and disinfection.

Direction to Use
Preparing for Use:
- Ensure that the dental handpiece is clean and free from any debris or contaminants.
- Check the air pressure and ensure it is within the recommended range of 180-250 KPa (1.8-2.5 kgf/cm2).
- Verify that the handpiece is properly connected to the dental unit or air supply using the ISO 9168 or YY/T 0514 standard.
- Make sure the cooling water supply is connected and providing a pressure of 0.2MPa.
Sterilization:
- Before initial use and after each patient, the handpiece should be sterilized.
- Clean the handpiece by brushing off excess dirt and wiping it clean with an alcohol-soaked cloth.
- Insert the handpiece into a sterilization pouch and seal it securely.
- Autoclave the handpiece at a maximum temperature of 134°C after high-temperature sterilization and disinfection.
- The handpiece is designed to withstand at least 250 cycles of high-temperature sterilization and disinfection.
Lubrication:
- After each use and/or before autoclaving, lubricate the handpiece.
- Use an oil spray or other standard oil spray specifically designed for handpiece lubrication.
- Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for lubrication, applying an appropriate amount of lubricant to the specified areas of the handpiece.
- Ensure that the lubricant reaches the internal components for optimal performance and longevity.
Operating the Handpiece:
- Connect the handpiece to the dental unit or air supply, ensuring a secure connection.
- Adjust the air pressure to the desired level within the recommended range.
- Attach a compatible diamond bur with the appropriate diameter (1.59-1.6mm) and length (21mm-23mm) to the handpiece.
- Hold the handpiece with a firm grip and position the bur at the treatment site.
- Activate the handpiece, and the rotational speed can be adjusted within the range of 380,000 to 450,000 rpm.
- While operating, ensure that the cooling water supply is continuously providing water to the handpiece for cooling.
Maintenance:
- After each use, clean the handpiece thoroughly, removing any debris or residue.
- Follow the recommended maintenance procedures provided by the manufacturer, including periodic inspections and servicing.
- Store the handpiece in a clean and dry environment to prevent damage and contamination.
