Direction to Use
Preparation:
- Ensure that the handpiece is clean and free from any debris or contaminants.
- Connect the handpiece to a suitable dental unit or air compressor.
- Confirm that the air pressure is within the recommended range of 0.20 – 0.25MPa (2.0 – 2.5kgf/cm2).
- Check that the water pressure is within the specified range of 0.05 – 0.20MPa (0.5 – 2.0kgf/cm2).
Bur Installation:
- Press the bur release button or activate the chuck mechanism to open the chuck.
- Insert the desired ISO 1797-1 Ø1.59 – 1.60mm standard bur into the chuck, ensuring it is securely held in place.
- Release the bur release button or deactivate the chuck mechanism to lock the bur in position.
- Verify that the bur is properly seated and does not wobble.
Adjusting Rotation Speed:
- Use the appropriate controls on the dental unit or air compressor to adjust the rotation speed within the range of 350,000 to 450,000 min-1.
- Select a rotation speed suitable for the specific dental procedure being performed.
- Ensure that the chosen rotation speed is appropriate for the type of bur being used.
Operating the Handpiece:
